Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We advise customers to review the product carefully before finalizing the purchase.
Return & Refund Policy for Gift Cards / E-Vouchers / Porducts purchased from We Adorn:
Requests for returns and refunds will be considered at the discretion of We Adorn for the following scenarios:
To be eligible for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:
Digital gift vouchers cannot be exchanged or returned unless agreed upon by We Adorn and the customer. Vouchers that have been partially or fully used, listed for sale at any Gift Card site, or involved in fraudulent activities are not eligible for return.
If a return request is accepted by We Adorn, the Buyer must return the product, and the refund will be credited to the Buyer's account. The return or replacement of any product delivered by partner brands will be subject to the terms and conditions of the particular brand.
Cancellation of Fraudulent Orders:
To ensure a safe shopping experience, we monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In such cases, We Adorn reserves the right to cancel past, pending, and future orders without any liability. We may also cancel orders due to inaccuracies in product pricing on the website or stock unavailability. Additional verifications or information may be required before accepting an order. If an order is cancelled after the account has been charged, the amount will be reversed.
The transaction may be considered fraudulent in various scenarios, such as non-response to payment verification, misuse of customer information, use of invalid contact details, misuse of voucher codes, refusal to pay for an order, or involvement in dishonest practices.
Return & Refund Process: Customers can send a cancellation request after placing an order but before receiving the booking confirmation email. The refund process will take up to 3 weeks once approved and may be conducted online or via cheque.
How to Return a Gift Card(s) / Product(s):
Buyers must raise the refund request within 5 days from the delivery date of the Gift Card(s) / Voucher(s) / Product(s). They can email support@weadorn.in with the order number to initiate the return process. Once the request is raised, We Adorn will validate it and proceed with the refund.
